Terms of Service

Isomorph Platform lets you onboard and manage autonomous software agents. The portal does not run agents directly; it queues a provisioning request that the Isomorph control plane fulfills by standing up a dedicated, tenant-isolated agent on your behalf. The service is currently in pre-alpha and is offered for evaluation.

Access is invite-only during pre-alpha. You must provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to provide any credentials you submit and to permit an agent to act using them.

To operate, agents use credentials you supply — including your Claude Code token, and optionally GitHub and Slack tokens. You are responsible for the scope and validity of those credentials and for complying with the terms of the underlying providers (Anthropic, GitHub, Slack, and others). Isomorph stores these credentials encrypted and uses them solely to operate your agent, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Agents act autonomously: they may write and modify code, open pull requests, send messages, and take other actions within the access you grant them. You are responsible for the access you grant, for reviewing an agent's output before relying on it, and for any actions taken under your credentials. Do not grant an agent access to systems where an unreviewed or mistaken action would be unacceptable.

You agree not to use the service to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights;
• access accounts, tenants, or systems you are not authorized to use;
• attempt to defeat the platform's isolation, rate limits, or other security controls;
• build or operate agents for malware, spam, fraud, or harassment.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. During pre-alpha the service may change, break, lose data, or be discontinued without notice. Do not use it for production-critical workloads.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Isomorph Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service or the actions of any agent you onboard.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service. On termination, we may deonboard your agents and delete associated data.

We may update these terms as the service evolves out of pre-alpha. We'll update the effective date above; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
